Your privacy is our top priority, and our policy is straightforward: the developer does not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data. All data processing happens locally on your computer within your browser's secure storage.

1. Information the Extension Processes

The Extension needs to handle certain data to function. This data is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to or seen by the developer.

  • Templates: Saved prompt templates you create for reuse.
  • User Settings: Your preferences, such as execution delays, display options, and organizational preferences.
  • Response History: If enabled, the Extension can locally cache prompt-response pairs for your reference.
  • Tags and Categories: Organizational metadata you assign to prompts.

The Extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII), browsing history, or user activity data to any server controlled by the developer.

2. How Information is Used

The data processed by the Extension is used exclusively for its core functionality:

  • Prompts: Your prompts are displayed in the queue interface and submitted to ChatGPT when you execute them.
  • Templates: Saved templates are used to quickly populate new prompts.
  • Settings: Your preferences customize the Extension's behavior and appearance.
  • Response History: If enabled, cached responses help you track your AI interactions without leaving the Extension.
  • Tags and Categories: Organizational metadata helps you filter and manage your prompt library.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data handled by the Extension is stored using the official Chrome Storage API, which is secure and sandboxed.

  • All User Data (chrome.storage.local): Your prompts, templates, settings, and response history are stored in local storage, which is confined to your local machine. This data is cleared if the extension is uninstalled. The developer has no access to this data.
  • Optional Sync (chrome.storage.sync): If you choose to enable sync functionality, your templates and settings can be synchronized across devices where you are logged into your Google account. This data is encrypted by Google. The developer still has no access to this data.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension operates within the ChatGPT web interface but does not directly communicate with OpenAI's servers.

  • ChatGPT/OpenAI: Your prompts are submitted through the normal ChatGPT interface. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  • The Extension does not intercept, modify, or store authentication tokens or session data for ChatGPT.

5. Permissions

The Extension requests minimal permissions necessary for functionality:

  • Storage: To save your prompts, templates, and settings locally.
  • Active Tab: To interact with the ChatGPT interface when submitting prompts.
  • Scripting (if applicable): To inject the queue management interface into ChatGPT pages.

These permissions do not grant the developer access to your data or browsing activity.

6. Children's Privacy

The Extension does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since all data is local and the developer has no access, there is no collection to report.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
